Trainee and Experienced Recruitment Consultants Required
Strategic Executive Partners are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding, vibrant organisation.
Strategic are a niche agency that specialise within vertical industry specific markets throughout the UK. Competitive salaries offered; in your first year, OTE up to £35k, in your second year OTE up to £100K plus uncapped commission.
Location - Manchester city centre

Experienced Consultants - Successful candidates will have a proven track record of 360 recruitment role, winning new business and nurturing these accounts. Strategic are looking for top billers and future leaders within the business.
Trainee Consultants - The successful candidate will be of graduate standard or have a solid background in non - retail sales, ideally commission only or outbound cold calling. Relevant candidates will have excellent communications skills, organisational skills and a professional manner.

As a Consultant with Strategic you will be in control of your own business and readily influence your earnings by the way you work. The role of a Recruitment Consultant involves cold-calling businesses, developing client relations and identifying their recruitment needs. You will then source candidates for the roles, sell the candidates in to the Client and control the interview and placement process. The successful candidates will show confident negotiation and sales skills which can be transferred when discussing fees and objections with high level management.
